This Year’s Quintessential Event!

Acclaimed cult Napa Winemaker Abe Schoener of Scholium Project, as well as the urban New York winery Red Hook will be speaking on fearless, outside the box winemaking. Also, acclaimed winemaker Andre Basso of Lynfred Winery in Chicago will as be speaking on his extensive experience sourcing fruit from from diverse site and what challenges it presents for winemaking. We are excited to include tastings of three comparative Elephant Mountain Cabernet Sauvignons and an extended maceration trial conducted by SMWE. Please enjoy, and remember to sign up soon.
